No other discounts or offers can be used in conjunction with online tickets. This includes Tesco Vouchers. 

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

You will be emailed a booking reference on receipt of payment – this is an 8 digit code which you must present on arrival at the admissions to gain entrance.

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – if you are using a handheld device simply show this the admission desk. You can also just write down your booking reference and bring this with you along with some photo ID.

You can enjoy a whole day out of rides, shows, animals and family entertainment at the BIG Sheep. The first show starts at 10.30am during the school holidays or 11am during the term time. The last show of the day is at 4:30pm.

Winter Time: November - March

During the winter time, our main attraction is the Indoor Playground and at Christmas we have our Santa's Grotto and Christmas Light Display.

The BIG Sheep opens from 10am until 6pm. The first show starts at 11am during the term time (Sheep Show) or during the school holidays the first show starts at 10.30am.

The BIG Sheep offer discounted rates for group bookings. Please telephone 01237 472366 and a member of staff will be pleased to run through the varied packages we can offer to birthdays, large family days out, school bookings etc.

The park is wheelchair accessible although it is a working farm so some pathways are gravel and therefore can be bumpier than others.

Online booking is not essential. Tickets can be purchased from the park on the day of your visit.
